Steven M. Danielson, AACI, SR/WA
Steve has a diversified real estate and property background spanning over 30 years. His professional career started as an engineering technologist completing project management, design, estimating and site inspections for commercial and residential construction projects. Steve used this experience to launch a career in real property valuations and appraisals in 2004 building a successful appraisal practice providing services to a broad client base of professionals and property owners. Since 2013 he has also provided land agent services for clients, the primary one being FortisBC Electric, where he often works closely with design and operational staff to meet corporate objectives while dealing with customers directly to acquire land rights and provide advice on land rights requirements. As of 2022 Steve has also provided land agency services to Fortis Energy Inc. Steve regularly works independently to complete his assignments but works effectively with teams including executives, professionals, and various stakeholders delivering reliable and accurate services in a professional manner.

- Qualified as an expert witness in real estate valuation for commercial arbitration purposes
- Regularly conduct appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the Okanagan region of British Columbia
- Negotiate and acquire land interests on behalf of FortisBC Electric, 2013 to present
- Completed depreciation reports and reserve fund studies on dozens of multiple family developments ranging from townhouse to apartment high-rise style buildings and developments
- Valuation of properties for the Eco-Gift program; completed session required and approved by Environment Canada.
